Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Built-in 1999 and landmarked as the tallest structure in the world for five years, these twin towers are still the tallest twin structures in the world. Exhibiting the characteristics of a Postmodern Style, this building holds 88 floors with a striking two-way bridge that connects the towers on the 41^st floor. This mighty structure is designed by the famous architect, Cesar Pelli which depicts the Islamic principles of – “unity with unity, harmony, rationality and stability”.
