Kabini Villa

Scope: Masterplan/ Architecture/ Interiors

Description: A sprawling 25 Acre residential community located along the banks of Kabini River consists of 35 luxury villas, each with a spectacular view of the waterfront. The design of the Villa is inspired by South East Asian contemporary style of architecture, each with a private large landscaped garden space surrounding their villa that allows for private gatherings. All common spaces are organised around a linear courtyard that extends into a large invinity pool. A similar linear terrace deck on the upper floor, hovers partially above the pool and is visually linked to the waterfront along the axis.
