With a large lobby spreading across almost the entire ground floor plate, it was important that there were certain breakout zones to promote gathering and intimate conversation while enjoying the views all around. The boutique and library is one such space which is directly below the semi circular cut out in the ceiling, thereby providing relief to the entire corridor experience. The boutique consists of products intrinsic to the Malnad area including coffee, art and various other artefacts. The partitions provide privacy for the rooms located behind them and also become the library and display.
